CHURCH REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
Check-in begins at 4 pm; however, due to the number of churches and campers, we will stagger check-in times, so be sure to check your email for more information.
We require a 10:1 ratio. If you bring 10 girls, you will need one female sponsor. If you bring 11 girls, you MUST bring two female sponsors. The same is required with the boy campers and male sponsors.
Download and complete the form located on the Camp Forms page, then it will need to be sent to Latham Springs at least 2 weeks before camp. Please reach out to your Church Representative for further assistance if needed.
Yes. You will receive a camp handbook with Bible Study lessons. Your church group will be assigned a designated sport for your group and will meet a the time listed in your camp schedule in your workbook and on the back of your camp name tag. Curriculum will be sent to you closer to the start of camp and detailed video walkthroughs of the curriculum will be placed on the Counselor page.
Students who have COMPLETED grades 3-6 are eligible to attend Next Level Kidz Kamp.
Check out this sample schedule from last year's camp on the H.E.R.O. Training 2025 page. The camp schedule for this year will be similar and will be sent out closer to camp.
Yes. We recommend wearing clothes that you can get dirty during Rec Time. We also recommend that you bring more than one set of clothes per day.
It is not required, but there will be several opportunities for students to purchase items if they would like. There will be a snack bar available in the afternoons and in the evening. Latham Springs also has a gift shop that will be open in the afternoons and usually right after dinner. Bazooka Ball is the only activity that is an extra charge.
Latham Springs has many activities available during the afternoon free time. The lake and pool are both available. We have several waterfront activities, including a 100' waterslide, giat trampoline, 17' inflatable climbing wall, as wall as paddle boats, paddleboards, kayaks, canoes, and a fishing shed where poles and bait are provided. Life jackets are required for all lake activities other than fishing. There is also a zipline, climbing tower, 3 person giant swing, several Gaga ball pits, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, 9-square in the air court, a Frisbee golf course, and Bazooka ball. Bazooka ball is $5 per game per person and the only activity that has an extra charge.
All forms that are needed before the start of camp can be found on the Camp Form page.
We do not recommend bringing any expensive personal items to camp. Reception on the campgrounds is very splotchy, and the signal is inconsistent. All sponsors will have cell phones in case of emergency.
Bible, toiletries, towels, bedding for a twin-size bunk bed, clothes (at least two sets of clothes per day), swimsuits, comfortable shoes, etc. You can find a full list here.
Dress at camp should meet the highest Christian standards. Campers with clothing that is too revealing, with inappropriate messages, or draw unnecessary attention will be asked to change into appropriate clothing. Please adhere to the following examples:
Wearing cover-ups to and from the lake. (Boys & Girls)
Restrict tank tops to 2 fingertip width minimum- no spaghetti strap garments.
Keep shorts at fingertip length.
Do not wear low-cut or revealing shirts, dresses, or tops. (Boys & Girls)
Two-piece swimsuits should be covered with a dark Tshirt even in the water.
For personal safety, shoes should be worn outdoors at all times.
As mentioned previously, the signal on the campgrounds is terrible. Sponsors/Church representatives will try to send as many photos as possible.
