Welcome to the cast of Kidz Kamp 2026. 🎬
You’ve been chosen for more than a role—you’ve been entrusted with a story God is actively writing in the hearts of our kids.

This week isn’t about putting on a show. It’s about transformation.

Our theme centers on Romans 12:2:
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
That verse is the script we’re living out together, and as a counselor, you play a leading role in helping students understand it, wrestle with it, and experience it in real, tangible ways.

One of your key responsibilities is to guide students through Scripture using the S.O.A.P. method—Scripture, Observation, Application, and Prayer. This isn’t just a study tool; it’s a way of teaching kids how to engage with God’s Word on their own. You’ll help them slow down, notice what God is saying, apply it to their everyday lives, and respond to Him in prayer. Our hope is that they leave camp not just knowing Romans 12:2, but knowing how to study Scripture long after the credits roll.

But Kidz Kamp isn’t confined to devotionals and small groups.

We believe the presence of God is meant to be experienced in every scene of camp—during worship, conversations, free time, games, quiet moments, and unexpected interruptions. You help set that tone. How you listen, how you respond, how you pray with kids, and how you live out your faith all communicate something powerful about who God is and how close He wants to be.

You are not here to perform.
You are here to model a transformed life.
You are here to help kids encounter a God who renews minds, reshapes hearts, and invites them into His story.

Thank you for saying yes to this calling. We are praying that God moves mightily in you and through you—and that together, we get to watch Him do far more than we could script ourselves.
