Dear Superhero Squad Leaders, 

Get ready to power up for an incredible week of changing lives! Just like the superheroes we'll be celebrating, each of you has been specially chosen for your unique gifts and amazing ability to connect with kids. Whether you're helping a homesick camper find their courage, teaching Bible lessons with the enthusiasm of Thor's lightning, or leading games with the energy of the Flash, you're doing something extraordinary. 

Remember, the real superheroes don't just wear capes – they show up every day with patience, kindness, and understanding. When you're tired from a long day of activities, know that your impact goes far beyond what you can see. That quiet kid in your group who barely spoke on day one might go home remembering how you made them feel seen and valued. That's a superpower that rivals any Marvel character! 

Don't forget that you're part of a mighty team. Like the Avengers, you're stronger together. Lean on each other, support one another, and don't be afraid to ask for backup when you need it. Your fellow counselors are your Justice League – ready to step in and help at a moment's notice. 

Most importantly, remember why we're here: to show God's love in action. Through every game, craft, and conversation, you're showing these kids what it means to be a real hero – someone who serves others with joy, stands up for what's right, and shows compassion to everyone they meet. 

You've got this, mighty warriors! Your impact will echo far beyond this week of camp. Thank you for answering the call to be everyday heroes in these kids' lives.
